Types of users

User of a work designates: a broadcaster, live show producer (theatre, company, stage director, live tour entrepreneur) or an « amateur » troupe liable to stage a show drawing on the SACD’s repertoire.

Depending on the type of user, special formalities have to be completed to apply for the authorisation to exploit a particular work and pay for the corresponding royalties.
