A license agreement can be signed to entitle the user of the work to exploit it whether it is a professional or an amateur troupe, any association or organisation liable to produce a show drawing on SACD’s repertoire.

A second prerogative, not related to intellectual property rights, is aimed at protecting the authors and their creative work.  Whence moral rights that cannot be transferred and which are passed ad infinitum from one generation to another, allowing their beneficiaries, and heirs as the case may be, to object to any prejudice to the work or its authorship.
